FDA and 3-A series sanitary AODD pumps are available in 1", 1½", 2", 2½", 3" and 4" sizes. Wetted parts are manufactured from 316L stainless steel with Ra 0.8 mechanical polishing on all internal and external wetted surfaces. This surface finish supports CIP (Clean-In-Place) operation and good self-draining performance, with no residue accumulation in the pump. Tri-Clamp (TC) connections are standard for compatibility with hygienic piping systems. The design fully ensures the safety of food and pharmaceutical ingredient transportation, meeting FDA and 3-A Sanitary Standards requirements for hygienic pump design.
